    That’s the point, we’re not designed to eat meat. We are closer to herbivores, physiologically and anatomically speaking, than we are to carnivores.
    Lions and other carnivorous animals are not capable of the kind of reasoning we are. They can’t help eating other animals, we can.

    dairy has b12, and if you are a vegan, many soy products and breakfast cereals are fortified in it, let alone taking supplements.

    My memory power …
    My memory power greatly reduced after eating soy products because I thought it is a health food. I stopped eating soy and my learning abilities greatly increased again. It was very scary. I will never eat soy again for proteins. Since I am a vegetarian and cannot find other sources of proteins, I have finally converted to eating meat for my proteins.

    my only question is …
    my only question is about Soy products. i understand Soy is in almost everything but i heard somewhere that it can cause men to grow more fatty tissue around the chest area due to SOY having a chemical in it that Increases estrogen production. will this happen. and does Soy increase the chances of producing Estrogen positive Cancers. I really want to go vegetarian and almost all of it seems very delicious, and healthy.

    Vegans/Vegetarians don’t need protein supplements if they eat different types of veggies everyday.

    If you’ve ever eaten meat or dairy products, it’s likely that the B12 you got from them will last you some 5 to 10 years. However, one can always take supplements.

    why is it , then , …
    why is it , then , that every vegan i see is frail. the truth is only certain vegans actually excersise enough and eat enough protein supplements to achieve good physical condition. protein is very good for boosting muscle mass, which is why i, a 15 yr old who never works out and does not take steroids, can pull all the weight on a bowflex, keep in mind the never exerciseing part. please explain that to me. why am i so strong if i dont work out and protein isnt helping?

    I’ve been meatless …
    I’ve been meatless since 1980. Look into healing herbs and eat them. I started taking supplements for for body building in 1974, have tried just about everything.

    Nothing, I mean litterly nothing comes close to providing energy, body-building, promoting the bodies genetically programed capabilities like natural herbs do.

    i am now well into my third year of not eating red meat, and about 1 1/2’s into not eating any meat whatsoever. I love it and it makes me feel pure.
